Vikas Ecotech has informed BSE and NSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at the registered office in Delhi to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The board may also take up any other item with the Chair's permission. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the results are declared.
