Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Vikram Solar said its 9 GW N-type TOPCon solar cell plant at Gangaikondan, Tamil Nadu, remains on schedule to produce its first cells in December 2026. Full capacity will be added in phases, with expansion planned to 12 GW. It is co-located with a 6 GW module plant inaugurated in August 2026 and is intended to reduce reliance on imported cells. A board-approved 9 GW silicon wafer plant is targeted for fiscal 2029.
Positive for shareholders: in-house cells can improve supply control, quality and logistics costs. Benefits depend on commissioning and demand.
