Vikram Solar announced a full strategic transition to G12R-based high-efficiency modules under its HYPERSOL brand, offering up to 640 Wp power output and 23.69 percent efficiency. The company operates 9.5 GW of module capacity across three plants in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu and exports to 39 countries. The phased shift standardises the entire product line on a single next-gen technology platform meeting IEC, UL and BIS standards for India, US, Europe and Australia markets.
Positive strategic move signalling technology leadership and portfolio standardisation, which may support margins and competitive positioning over the long term.
