On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Tea & Coffee peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Vintage Coffee and Beverages received the NCLT Hyderabad certified order dated 21 July 2026 approving the merger of its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Vintage Coffee Private Limited and Delecto Foods Private Limited, into the listed entity. Scheme effective from appointed date 1 October 2025. Since both are wholly owned, no new shares will be issued and their share capital will stand cancelled. The merger aims to consolidate the same-line coffee business, cut admin costs and simplify the group structure.
Routine intra-group merger of wholly-owned subsidiaries. No new shares issued, no change in ownership. Expected to streamline operations and reduce admin costs over time.
