VISA Chrome (formerly VISA Steel) FY26 revenue dipped to Rs 561.62 Cr (Rs 566.21 Cr prior). Operating profit fell to Rs 20.06 Cr from Rs 32.22 Cr. PAT turned to Rs 1,050.15 Cr profit from a Rs 516.55 Cr loss, driven by a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 1,089.11 Cr on debt settlement write-back with ACRE covering all lenders. Plant runs under conversion arrangement due to absent working capital. Raised Rs 140 Cr via warrants to promoter group for debt repayment. No dividend. Auditors gave unmodified opinion but flagged material going concern uncertainty.
PAT swing is technical, from loan write-back. Underlying ops stay loss-making, reliant on related-party support. Going concern risk flagged.
