VISA Steel allotted 1,35,00,000 equity shares (worth about Rs. 40.5 crore) to promoter group firm VISA Industries Limited, via conversion of warrants at Rs. 40 per share. The balance amount of Rs. 30 per share (75 percent of issue price) was received. Paid-up equity capital rose to Rs. 129.29 crore (12,92,89,500 shares) from Rs. 115.79 crore.
