Vishwas Agri Seeds holds 14th AGM, passes 4 resolutions

Vishwas Agri Seeds held its 14th AGM on September 30, 2026 via video conferencing from 4:31 PM to 4:45 PM. Four ordinary resolutions were passed: adoption of FY26 audited financials, re-appointment of Chairman and Managing Director Ashokbhai Gajera, and approval of related party transactions with Krushikar Farmers Producer Company and Vraj Hybrid Seeds.
