Voith Paper Fabrics appoints Asesh Kumar Mukherjee as MD and CEO for 5 years

Voith Paper Fabrics India has appointed Mr. Asesh Kumar Mukherjee as Managing Director, also designated as CEO for Listing Regulations, for a 5 year term from 26 Aug 2026 to 25 Aug 2031, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Jadavpur University with over 35 years of leadership experience in paper, packaging, chemicals and steel industries. The appointment follows recommendation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is not debarred by SEBI and currently holds no board position elsewhere.
