On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Ferrous Metals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
VRAJ Iron and Steel has issued an addendum to its October 15 announcement about receiving fresh Standard Terms of Reference (ToR) from the Ministry of Environment for its Greenfield Steel Plant. The addendum clarifies additional project components: a 32 MW WHRB Power Plant split across two phases (16 MW each), a 28 MW FBC Power Plant (Phase 1: 8 MW, Phase 2: 20 MW), and a Bricks Manufacturing Unit (Phase 1: 24,000 bricks per day, Phase 2: 40,000 bricks per day).
Clarifies full scale of the upcoming Greenfield Steel Plant project; ToR is only an early step in the environmental clearance process.
