VSD Confin 43rd AGM: All 3 resolutions approved, new Independent Director appointed

VSD Confin held its 43rd AGM on Sept 30, 2026 in Lucknow from 09:30 to 10:45 AM with 24 members attending. All 3 resolutions were approved with requisite majority: adoption of FY26 audited financial statements, re-appointment of Santosh Kumar Gupta as Director (retiring by rotation), and appointment of Mohit Agarwal as Independent Director for 5 years.
