VST Industries Q3 FY26 revenue rose 4.7% YoY to Rs 500.91 cr. PAT fell to Rs 60.23 cr from Rs 136.26 cr as a Rs 100.49 cr one-time property sale gain had boosted last year numbers. Board appointed Mr. Piyush Srivastava, ex-chief commercial officer of Pernod Ricard India, as new MD and CEO for 5 years from 2 March 2026, subject to shareholder nod. Price Waterhouse will replace BSR and Associates as statutory auditor post the 95th AGM.
New external CEO with strong FMCG track record is positive. PAT dipped due to absence of one-time property sale gain last year. Auditor change is routine.
