VST Industries Q3 FY26 revenue rose 4.5 percent YoY to Rs 49,185 lakhs; PAT was Rs 6,023 lakhs vs Rs 13,626 lakhs (prior year had a one-time property gain). Board appointed Piyush Srivastava (ex-Pernod Ricard, PepsiCo, Marico) as MD and CEO for 5 years from 2 March 2026, pending shareholder approval. Also recommended Price Waterhouse LLP as new statutory auditor for 5 years, replacing BSR and Associates at the 95th AGM.
New external CEO with FMCG experience may drive growth strategy; routine auditor rotation; Q3 results clean of one-off gains.
