VVIP Infratech will hold its extraordinary general meeting for FY 2026-27 on 18 November 2026 at 3:00 PM online. Shareholders will vote on up to 72,04,200 convertible warrants at Rs 137 each, up to Rs 98.70 crore, for promoters and non-promoters. Each warrant converts into one Rs 10 share within 18 months, with 25 percent paid upfront and 75 percent on conversion. Remote voting runs 15 to 17 November; eligibility cut-off is 11 November.
If approved and fully converted, 72,04,200 new shares could dilute existing owners, while the company may raise up to Rs 98.70 crore.
