Wanbury Limited board approved Q1 FY27 results with revenue of Rs.165.58 crore (vs Rs.163.18 crore YoY) but profit after tax fell sharply to Rs.3.24 crore from Rs.13.49 crore. Company allotted 27,530 equity shares under ESOP 2016 and re-appointed Mr. Mohan Kumar Rayana as Whole-time Director for 5 years from August 21, 2026. Borrowings of Rs.205 crore were raised from NBFCs to repay high-cost debt.
Mixed Q1 with revenue flat but profits down sharply. Director re-appointment and ESOP allotment are routine. Promoter pledge release is positive.
