Warren Tea shareholders approve amalgamation with Maple Hotels

Equity shareholders of Warren Tea Limited at the NCLT-convened meeting on June 18, 2026 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Warren Tea into Maple Hotels & Resorts Limited with near-unanimous support. Out of 9,957,216 valid votes, 9,957,207 voted in favor and only 9 voted against. Promoters holding 7,889,989 shares voted 100% in favor. Equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of Maple Hotels also approved the scheme unanimously. The matter will now go to NCLT for final sanction.
Warren Tea will merge into Maple Hotels once NCLT sanctions the scheme. Shareholders should watch for the final order and share swap ratio announcement.
