Welspun Enterprises has appointed Mr. Deepak Chauhan (DIN: 01694550) to its Board as Additional Director with effect from August 06, 2025, until the 31st Annual General Meeting on August 29, 2025. He will subsequently be designated as Director – Legal & Ethics and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) for a five-year term ending August 05, 2030, subject to shareholder approval.
