Welspun Living reported unaudited Q2 FY27 revenue from operations of ₹2,838 crore, up 16.3% year on year, and total income of ₹2,870 crore, up 16.9%. EBITDA was ₹370 crore, with margin rising 600 basis points to 12.9%. PAT jumped from ₹14.86 crore to ₹169 crore. It reached net cash from ₹775 crore net debt in March 2026, while half-year operating cash flow reached ₹1,101 crore. A ₹7.16 crore Vapi flood loss was exceptional.
Positive for shareholders: stronger profit, wider margins and net cash improve financial strength, though Vapi restoration and trade risks remain.
