Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Welspun Living's Q2 FY26 total income fell 16.4% YoY to Rs 2,456 cr, with EBITDA down 60% to Rs 168 cr (6.8% margin) and PAT after minorities crashing 93.5% to Rs 13 cr, hit by US tariff headwinds. The board appointed Manish Bansal as new President and CFO (effective Jan 1, 2026) along with new heads for manufacturing, company secretarial and domestic retail. Saumil Mehta, President of Domestic Home Textiles, will exit by Dec 31, 2025.
Weak Q2 print from US tariff pain, but net debt lower YoY by Rs 262 cr and senior team being strengthened. Mixed near-term signal.
