On the reaction day the stock moved 5.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.6 pts more than its Abrasives & Bearings peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Wendt India put EUR 0.55 million, about Rs 5.88 crore, into wholly owned German subsidiary Wendt GmbH by buying newly issued shares. The funds will meet ongoing operating needs. Its paid-up capital will rise from EUR 1.65 million to EUR 2.2 million, while ownership remains 100%. The subsidiary sells and services grinding and polishing machines and spare parts, and reported EUR 0.51 million turnover in FY 2025-26.
Modest funding supports subsidiary operations, with ownership unchanged and no clear immediate effect on Wendt India's profits or share price.
