Corrigendum to EGM: preferential issue price revised from 10.00 to 10.07 per share

Wherrelz IT Solutions has issued a corrigendum to its EGM notice (EGM held May 18, 2026) for a preferential issue of equity shares to convert outstanding unsecured loans. The original notice dated April 24, 2026 stated the price as 10 rupees per share, but the registered valuer's report determined the minimum price at 10.07 rupees per share. Accordingly, issue price is revised to 10.07 rupees, number of shares reduced from 4,67,70,300 to 4,64,45,183, with aggregate consideration around 46.77 crore rupees.
