Whirlpool of India posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 2,582 crore, up 11 percent YoY, but profit after tax fell 34 percent to Rs 89 crore vs Rs 135 crore. Mr Ankit Gupta, Head-Manufacturing Finance, resigned effective Aug 14 to pursue outside opportunities. Mr Sourav Chakravarty, an ex-ITC chartered accountant with about 18 years experience, appointed as new Head-Manufacturing Finance from Aug 10. Mr Anish Ahuja moves to COO role at subsidiary Elica India from Sept 1.
