Whole-time Director resigns; Stakeholders Relationship Committee reconstituted

Burnpur Cement Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Indrajeet Kumar Tiwary (DIN 06526392) as Whole-time Director effective close of business hours on 27-04-2026, citing personal reasons. He also stepped down from the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The Board reconstituted the committee by inducting Mr. Pawan Pareek, Executive Director, in his place. The new committee comprises Ram Narain (Chairperson), Rajesh Sharma, and Pawan Pareek.
