Ashok Kumar Windlass resigned as whole-time director and board member effective November 5, 2026, citing succession planning. He will serve as Founder President from November 6, subject to shareholder approval, at Rs 1.56 crore a year. Hitesh Windlass, the managing director, was appointed chairman. September-quarter revenue rose 18.7% to Rs 263.91 crore, while profit rose 1.4% to Rs 18.05 crore; first-half revenue rose 18.4% and profit 0.7%.
Succession looks orderly, but the founder stays in a senior role and his son gains board leadership. Strong sales with flat profit may limit upside.
