Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Mr. Vinay Bansod resigned as CEO of Windsor Machines effective July 15, 2026 but will continue as Whole Time Director. Mr. Mohan Ramachandran appointed as new CEO from July 16, 2026. He brings over 32 years of experience in automotive and industrial manufacturing, with prior leadership at Eicher, Mahindra and Mahindra, Cummins Technologies, and Milacron India. The change was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board on July 15, 2026.
New external CEO with strong manufacturing background may bring strategic shift, but continuity maintained as outgoing CEO stays on Board.
