Windsor Machines is nearly done shifting its existing manufacturing operations from Chhatral and Vatva (Gujarat) to a new, larger facility at Rajkot. Injection moulding machine production will begin at the new Rajkot plant from September 1, 2025, while pipe extrusion and blown film machine production will start from October 1, 2025. The new facility has an annual capacity of 8,400 machines and is spread across 31 acres (1,26,000 sq meters) with 65,000 sq meters of built-up area, bringing together assembly, manufacturing, and painting under one roof. The move consolidates the company's production footprint into a single modern location equipped with CNC, VMC, and SPM machinery.
