Windsor Machines has published a newspaper ad about transferring the dividend declared for FY 2018-19, which has remained unclaimed for 7 consecutive years, along with the corresponding equity shares, to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders must submit valid claims to the company or its Registrar MUFG Intime India Private Limited on or before 23 October 2026, after which the company will proceed with the transfer without further notice. No claims will be entertained post the deadline.
Shareholders with unclaimed FY 2018-19 dividends must claim by 23 October 2026 or risk losing both the dividends and the underlying shares to IEPF.
