Winsome Textile Industries has informed the BSE that its 3.5 MW Small Hydro Power (SHP) unit located in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, has resumed operations during the night of 19th–20th August 2025. This follows an earlier disclosure (Ref. No. WTIL/SECT/2025-2026:0052) which had likely indicated a halt at the unit. The company is still in the process of ascertaining the exact physical and operational losses caused by the disruption. An insurance surveyor has also been deputed to independently assess the damage.
