On the reaction day the stock moved 1.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts less than its Packaging peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Xpro India has informed the exchanges about a newspaper notice regarding a one-year special window from February 2026 to February 4, 2027 for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares. This facility applies to shareholders who bought shares before April 1, 2019 and either did not lodge them for transfer, or whose earlier transfer was rejected due to documentation issues. The notice was published in Financial Express and Aajkal Kolkata on October 15, 2026, as required by SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026.
Shareholders with old physical shares of Xpro India bought before April 1, 2019 get a one-year chance to transfer or demat them, with no direct effect on stock price.
