Zaggle's board has approved an investment of up to Rs 7.97 Crores in Unobanc Private Limited for up to 19.9 percent equity stake. Unobanc provides digital cross-border payments and remittance infrastructure, holds an FFMC license, and has in-principle RBI approval for an Authorised Dealer Category II license. Unobanc reported FY25 turnover of Rs 17.4 Cr and EBITDA of Rs 1.37 Cr. The deal is in cash, not a related party transaction, and will be completed within 90 days, subject to definitive agreements.
