On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts less than its TV Broadcasting & Software Production peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Zee Media Corporation Ltd has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published in Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi, Mumbai edition) to BSE and NSE. The ad informs shareholders about a SEBI-mandated special window open from Feb 5, 2026 to Feb 4, 2027 for re-lodging transfer and dematerialisation requests for physical securities bought or sold before April 1, 2019 that were not lodged or were rejected due to document issues. Eligible shareholders can submit original share certificates to the company RTA MUFG Intime India. Re-lodged shares will be issued only in demat mode with a one-year lock-in. Disputes and shares already moved to IEPF are excluded. This is a routine regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR.
Routine compliance filing, no material business impact. Informs shareholders holding old physical share certificates about the re-lodgement window.
