Kantak as Managing Director and his remuneration passed as a special resolution with 98.77 percent votes in favour. Second, appointment of Mr. Pramod Kumar Gupta as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director passed as an ordinary resolution with 99.75 percent votes in favour. Both resolutions were cleared with the requisite majority.
