What this company actually does

Read out of the prospectus’s business section, stripped of its marketing language.

Eventions Limited is a Gurgaon-based B2B event management company that plans, coordinates and executes corporate events, conferences, incentive travel programs, exhibitions and brand activations for corporate and institutional clients in India and abroad. It also acts as a back-end execution partner for other event management companies handling large or multi-location assignments. FIT (customised travel) work has been moved to its subsidiary Gantu Online Private Limited, which targets individual travellers (B2C).

How it earns

Revenue comes from project/event-based fees for planning and executing corporate meetings, conferences, incentive trips, exhibitions and brand activation campaigns, billed to clients on a per-event basis.

Who buys

B2B clients concentrated heavily in Banking & Insurance (85.91% of FY26 revenue). Top customer accounted for 42.72% of revenue in FY26 (Rs 42.62 crore), down from 54.82% in FY25 and 63.21% in FY24. Top 10 customers made up 84.59% of FY26 revenue (Rs 84.37 crore). Client base is small in number but high in ticket size - 49 high-value events (contract value Rs 50 lakh+) served to 21 clients in FY26.

Scale

Revenue from operations of Rs 99.74 crore in FY26, Rs 87.53 crore in FY25 and Rs 86.57 crore in FY24 (figures originally in lakhs; 1 crore = 100 lakh). Executed 49 high-value events (Rs 50 lakh+ ticket size) in FY26 across 26 domestic and 23 international locations; cumulative 107 such events across FY24-FY26. 35 employees as of March 31, 2026, including 13 in MICE operations and 6 in Events operations. Operates from a registered office in Gurgaon plus roughly a dozen small co-working offices across Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Mumbai, Kochi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Dehradun, Dharamshala and Noida.

What it says sets it apart

  • MICE accounts for 91.29% of revenue (FY26), giving a single-segment focus rather than a fragmented services mix
  • Asset-light execution - coordinates through hospitality providers, destination management companies, logistics partners and event production vendors rather than owning event infrastructure
  • Execution footprint spans international destinations in Europe (Spain, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Hungary), Middle East (UAE, Azerbaijan) and Asia-Pacific (Singapore, Indonesia), in addition to Indian cities
  • International events contributed 71.10% of FY26 revenue (Rs 70.91 crore) versus 62.93% in FY24, showing a rising international tilt
  • Repeat-customer dependence in high-value work: 57.14% of FY26 high-value events (28 of 49) came from repeat clients, despite repeat-client count falling to 33.33% in FY26 from 66.67% in FY25
