What this company actually does

Read out of the prospectus’s business section, stripped of its marketing language.

The company designs, engineers, manufactures or procures, supplies, installs and commissions sewage and industrial-effluent treatment systems; tertiary systems that make treated wastewater reusable in industry; municipal-solid-waste systems producing biogas or electricity, compost and recyclable materials; and agricultural-biomass systems producing biogas, bio-CNG or electricity. Its WWT buyers are mainly EPC contractors serving municipalities and government agencies, while its SWT buyers include waste-management corporations and oil companies; it works across 23 states and five union territories in India and also records revenue from outside India. [p298][p300][p303][p305][p308][p309]

How it earns

It earns from design and engineering and the supply of C-Tech packages, equipment and components in WWT; project and equipment delivery in WRR; and, in SWT, project execution, energy sales, recyclable and compost sales, O&M and tipping fees, while its Chavare subsidiary earns from process-automation design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning (all rupee amounts below are converted at ₹1 crore = ₹10 million). [p303][p304][p305][p308][p310]

Who buys

WWT customers are EPC companies bidding for sewage-treatment projects, serving municipalities and government agencies that award the projects. Named WWT customers include Enviro Control, Vishvaraj Environment, SMC Infrastructures, Ramky Infrastructure, EMS, Enviro Infra Engineers and Toshiba Water Solutions. SWT's primary customers are Goa Waste Management Corporation and an unnamed oil marketing company; an unnamed government-owned oil company also placed CBG-plant orders. [p300][p303][p307] Names included in the disclosed top-10 customer pool were Goa Waste Management Corporation, GVPR Engineers, Vishvaraj Environment, Enviro Control, SMC Infrastructures, HNB Engineers, Khilari Infrastructure, Rajkamal Builders Infrastructure, Gharpure Engineering & Constructions and R.K. Engineers Sales; the companies occupying each annual top-10 position may differ. [p307] Company-wide revenue concentration for the top one/five/ten customers was: FY2024, 10.77%/40.53%/59.18%; FY2025, 16.76%/46.59%/61.37%; FY2026, 14.34%/47.10%/64.44%; and the three months ended June 30, 2026, 26.68%/62.12%/79.20%. [p307]

Scale

As at July 31, 2026, the company had 728 commissioned WWT installations facilitating 17,511.11 MLD of treatment; it operated two integrated SWT facilities in Goa with 350 TPD treatment capacity plus 75 TPD handling capacity, or up to 425 TPD in aggregate, and its India footprint covered 23 states and five union territories. [p299][p306][p308]

What it says sets it apart

  • The F&S-sourced comparison in the prospectus states that, for a 1,000 MLD plant, C-Tech achieves 90-95% BOD and 95-98% COD removal, removes nitrogen and phosphorus, has a 5-8 hectare footprint, supports automated operation, and can reduce power consumption by up to 40% and area by up to 50% versus conventional technologies. [p300][p301]
  • The prospectus reports 728 commissioned WWT installations and over 80% of India's SBR-technology market as of July 31, 2026, facilitated treatment of 17,511.11 MLD, and says the company introduced C-Tech as the first SBR technology provider in India; one project then under development had 424 MLD capacity. [p299][p312]
  • DuPont agreements provide exclusive India supply or distribution rights for OXYFAS and OXYFILM membrane-aerated-biofilm products and for submerged UF, CCRO and B50N MBR components used in recycling projects and plant upgrades. [p299][p302][p303]
  • The prospectus reports an average OREX biogas yield of more than 150 Nm³ per tonne of organic waste at the North Goa plant in the last financial year, versus a stated industry average of 80-100 Nm³, and says the Saligao integrated SWT-biogas plant has operated continuously for over 10 years. [p300][p305]
  • On a standalone basis, repeat customers generated 89.96% of revenue in FY2024, 85.18% in FY2025, 91.98% in FY2026 and 97.41% in the three months ended June 30, 2026. [p303]
