What this company actually does

Read out of the prospectus’s business section, stripped of its marketing language.

TNA Solutions Limited is a B2B manufacturer of home textile products based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. They make value-added home furnishing items — sheet sets, pillow shells/covers, towels and top-of-bed products (comforters, mattress protectors, quilts) — by cutting, stitching, embroidering and finishing greige fabric procured from weavers and finished fabric bought from mills and processing houses. Wet-processing (dyeing/printing) is outsourced to third-party processing houses, with the company retaining fabric ownership throughout. Products are mainly sold under buyers' own brands to global retailers, importers and domestic brands, with a small direct-to-consumer side under their own brand 'Ambra Linens' (launched 2022, website ambralinens.in went live July 2026).

How it earns

Almost entirely (99.60% of FY26 revenue from operations) by selling B2B-manufactured home textile products under customers' own brands; the remaining ~0.40% comes from B2C sales of 'Ambra Linens' products via e-commerce marketplaces, retailers, wholesalers and the brand website.

Who buys

Specific customer names are not disclosed in this section. Customer concentration is high: top 1 customer = 23.27% of FY26 revenue from operations (~₹24.33 crore, ₹2,433.30 lakhs), top 5 = 61.98% (~₹64.82 crore, ₹6,481.86 lakhs), top 10 = 83.82% (~₹87.67 crore, ₹8,766.99 lakhs) — versus top 1 = 36.36% and top 10 = 95.84% in FY24. Total FY26 revenue from operations was ~₹104.59 crore (₹10,458.72 lakhs). Exports (~52.03% of FY26 revenue) go to buyers in the USA (20.26%), UAE (15.29%), South Africa (5.94%), Israel (5.29%), Singapore (2.85%), UK (0.86%), Hong Kong (0.88%), Malaysia (0.29%), Mauritius (0.12%) and Italy (0.25%); domestic sales are spread across Indian states with Haryana (25.30%), Madhya Pradesh (10.82%) and Maharashtra (7.28%) the largest.

What it says sets it apart

  • Asset-light value-added model: company owns the greige fabric through third-party wet-processing (dyeing/printing) and only performs cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing, QC and packing in-house, allowing capital and management focus on manufacturing and customer service.
  • Multi-stage in-house quality control built around internationally accepted 4-point fabric inspection, 'Golden Sample' first-piece approval, inline and endline inspections, AQL final random inspection (Critical 0.0, Major 2.5, Minor 4.0), CAPA system and full traceability records from raw material to dispatch.
  • International compliance certifications relevant to large global retailers: OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS-Scope, SCAN compliant, Walmart approved, and assessed under the SMETA-SEDEX ethical compliance framework.
  • Diversified product portfolio across four categories (sheeting, pillow shells, towels, top-of-bed) with multiple fabric variants — Cotton, Poly Cotton, Micro, Tencel, Bamboo, Recycled Cotton, Micro Terry — and varied sizes/GSM specifications (e.g. terry towels 350–1000 GSM).
  • ERP-integrated order-to-dispatch cycle linking sales order management, procurement, inventory/warehouse, production planning, job-work tracking, quality management and MIS reporting.
