APSEZ signed an agreement to buy Evos B.V. and its subsidiaries for EUR 1.184 billion in cash. The deal values Evos at EUR 2.56 billion. Evos runs eight liquid-storage terminals across five European countries. Its 2025 revenue was EUR 392 million and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation were EUR 219 million. Completion is expected within 15 months and remains subject to regulatory approvals and employee consultation.
If completed, it expands APSEZ's European liquid storage business and adds cash flow and geographic diversity, but raises debt and approval risk.
