APSEZ's subsidiary Adani Harbour International FZCO, via a 51:49 JV with Argentina's Meridian Group, won a 10-year marine services contract for Argentina's first LNG export to India. The contract, backed by a 70 million US dollar investment commitment, covers tugboat operations, offshore logistics, supply support and crew transfer at Southern Energy's FLNG project in Rio Negro. Scope includes four tugboats, one anchor handling vessel and one crew boat. Commercial LNG production starts September 2027, with 2.45 million tonnes targeted initially.
Marks APSEZ's entry into South America and strengthens its international energy logistics portfolio. Modest revenue size but strategically significant.
