On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved CFO Uttam Kumar Biswas resignation effective December 31, 2025 for personal reasons. Venugopal Rao Pendyala (30 years experience, previously with Autoline) named new Group CFO from January 1, 2026. Managing Director Shivaji Akhade also appointed as CEO. Separately, Board approved raising about 30.4 crore via preferential issue of 10.5 lakh equity shares at Rs 75 each and 30 lakh warrants at Rs 75 each, all to Promoters and Promoter Group.
Promoter-led fund raise signals confidence, but CFO exit and CEO dual role are points to watch for shareholders.
