Autoline Industries reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 17,279 lakhs, up nearly 11% YoY from Rs 15,598 lakhs. However, net profit fell to Rs 283 lakhs from Rs 495 lakhs. H1 FY26 net profit was Rs 1,616 lakhs, lifted by a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 1,910 lakhs from selling an 88.79% stake in subsidiary AIPL. Board appointed Mayank Sharma as Chief Business Officer and Kailas Thopate as Chief Operating Officer. Auditors gave a qualified review on a Rs 596.80 lakh MAT credit asset.
Revenue grew about 11% YoY but core profitability fell sharply. H1 profit boosted by one-time gain on subsidiary sale. Audit qualification on tax credit is a concern.
