On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts more than Nifty 100 and 1.3 pts more than its 2/3 Wheelers peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Bajaj Auto's wholly owned Dutch unit BAIH received Austrian approval to acquire the remaining 50.1% of Pierer Bajaj, giving it sole control of Pierer Mobility and KTM. It plans to exercise the 50,000-share call option once EU subsidy clearance and other conditions are met, expected by 10 November 2025. No mandatory offer to PIERER Mobility shareholders is required.
Removes a major hurdle and advances Bajaj Auto's path to full control of KTM, although EU subsidy clearance and completion conditions remain.
