Bajaj Finserv has acquired the remaining 50% equity stake in Bajaj Financial Distributors Limited (BFDL) from Allianz SE for INR 12.5 crore. The deal covers 12 lakh equity shares of INR 10 each. With this, Bajaj Finserv now holds 100% of BFDL, and the joint venture agreement with Allianz SE stands terminated from 16 January 2026. BFDL subsidiary Bajaj Staffing Solutions Limited also becomes an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Bajaj Finserv.
Bajaj Finserv gains full ownership of BFDL and its subsidiary BSSL. Ending the Allianz JV gives complete strategic control over the distribution arm.
