Bank of India has announced an internal reassignment of two senior management officials. Shri B. Kumar, currently CFO, will move to CGM overseeing finance, resource mobilisation, customer excellence, publicity, wealth management, marketing, and government business. Shri Vikash Krishna, currently CGM HR, will take on a redefined head office role covering HR, learning and development, planning, BPR and EASE. Both changes are internal rotations with no break in leadership continuity.
