Cochin Shipyard has signed a Share Purchase Agreement and a Shareholders and Cooperation Agreement to buy 23 percent equity in Conoship International Holding B.V., a Netherlands-based ship design and engineering company, for 2.30 Million Euros in cash. Conoship reported 4 Million Euros turnover and 0.22 Million Euros net profit in 2024. The deal, originally approved by the CSL Board in January 2026, will help CSL enter European coastal and short sea shipping and jointly explore alternate fuels. DIPAM clearance is in place and closing is expected within 2 months.
