The Board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Quarter revenue was Rs 43.45 lakh versus Rs 42.56 lakh, while net profit rose to Rs 6.63 lakh from Rs 3.47 lakh. H1 revenue rose 40% to Rs 97.63 lakh and net profit to Rs 30.10 lakh from Rs 10.49 lakh. Operating cash flow was an outflow of Rs 2,098.90 lakh, offset by Rs 2,000 lakh raised from equity and share premium. A Rs 0.03 lakh exceptional item was recorded.
Profit growth supports sentiment, but the large operating cash outflow and reliance on fresh equity funding keep near-term stock risk high.
