Devyani International board approved buying the remaining 11.4% in Sky Gate Hospitality from its founders for 57.5 crore via cash and Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares. Sky Gate becomes wholly-owned subsidiary. Sky Gate runs F&B brands with FY25 turnover of 277 crore. Board also reclassified authorised share capital and approved NCRPS issuance via private placement.
