On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.1 pts less than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
G R Infraprojects has signed a Share Purchase Agreement on 29th December 2025 to sell its entire 100% stake in its wholly owned subsidiary GR Bahadurganj Araria Highway Private Limited (GBAHPL) to Indus Infra Trust for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 59.87 crores. GBAHPL, which operates the Bahadurganj-Araria highway project, contributed Rs. 238.48 crores (3.14%) to the company's consolidated income and Rs. 38.41 crores (0.45%) to consolidated net worth in FY25. The subsidiary is not classified as a material subsidiary. Indus Infra Trust is a related party of the company, but the transaction is being carried out at arm's length and the buyer is not part of the promoter/promoter group. The deal is expected to complete on or before 31st March 2026.
This is a minor divestment for shareholders — the subsidiary contributes only 3.14% of consolidated revenue and is not a material entity, so the financial impact on the company will be limited. The proceeds of ~Rs 60 crores will provide some cash inflow, but the sale of a related-party entity at arm's length is unlikely to move the stock significantly.
