G R Infraprojects has received a Letter of Acceptance dated 30 March 2026 from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a road upgradation project in Gujarat. The work involves upgrading an existing two-lane carriageway to a four-lane divided carriageway over a length of 60.21 km on NH-56, covering the stretch from Nasarpore Village in Umarpada Taluka to Malotha Village in Vyara Taluka (Package VI). The contract value is Rs. 1,453.57 crores excluding GST. The project will be executed on a Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) basis over 910 days from the appointed date. This is a domestic government order with no related-party involvement.
This is a sizeable new order win from a regular government client (NHAI), which adds to the company's order book and gives multi-year revenue visibility. HAM orders typically bring construction revenue upfront plus annuity inflows later, which is broadly positive for shareholders though margins under HAM are usually lower than pure EPC.
