G R Infraprojects' wholly-owned subsidiary, GR Bandikui Jaipur Expressway Pvt Ltd, has received the Provisional Completion Certificate for a 4-lane greenfield expressway spur from Bandikui to Jaipur in Rajasthan. The project is valued at Rs 1,368 crore and is part of the central government's Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I, executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The certificate was issued by the Independent Engineer on 19th June 2025, and the project is declared fit for commercial operations with effect from 1st June 2025. The original appointed date for the project was 11 November 2022. With this completion, the subsidiary can now start receiving annuity payments and commence tolling operations under its NHAI concession.
