G R Infraprojects has received a Letter of Award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for constructing a 4-lane Greenfield section of NH-33 from Mokama to Munger in Bihar. The contract is valued at Rs 2,440.87 crore and will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), where NHAI shares part of the project cost and pays annuities over time. The completion period is 910 days (about 2.5 years) from the appointed date. This is a follow-up to the company's earlier announcement on 18th March 2026.
This is a sizeable order that strengthens G R Infraprojects' order book and provides multi-year revenue visibility. HAM projects offer relatively secure cash flows since NHAI guarantees a portion of the payment, though margins are typically lower than pure EPC orders. For shareholders, this signals continued order inflow in the company's core road-building business, which is a positive for business stability.
