Gujarat Hotels Ltd has appointed Ms. Rashmi Verma as an Additional Director and Independent Director with effect from 6th October 2025, for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Verma is a retired IAS officer with over 36 years of experience, whose last role was Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. She also serves on the boards of HT Media Limited and PTC India Limited. The appointment was recommended by the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board at its meeting on 6th October 2025. The company confirmed she has not been debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding a directorship.
