Home First Finance CFO Nutan Gaba Patwari resigns effective August 31, 2026

Home First Finance CFO Ms Nutan Gaba Patwari has resigned to pursue the next phase of her professional journey, effective close of business on August 31, 2026. She was with the company for about 8 years, during which AUM grew from about Rs 2,000 cr to about Rs 16,000 cr. She will support the company in a non-KMP advisory role focused on investor relations and capital markets for a defined period. Her exit is voluntary with no other material reasons stated. Current management and KMP will handle all statutory, financial reporting and disclosure duties from September 1, 2026.
